Warranty
All
products sold by NPS come with full manufacture warranty. Please
refer to package information or e-mail us for any further assistants.
These warranties are the responsibility of the manufacture and no
warranties expressed or implied by NPS. Most items are shipped with
warranty registration card that should be filled out and sent to
the manufacture.

Shipping
Terms
We ship promptly based on product availability. Please e-mail
us at sales@netpoolstore.com
for product availability. You must provide a delivery address, as
we cannot send to a P.O. Box.
Please
inspect all items for damage when you receive them from carrier.
NPS is not responsible for these occurrences and you must report
to carrier at time of delivery.
NPS
is not responsible for shipping or other delays that are beyond
our control.
Chlorine
and acid may be purchased only within our local delivery area. (Piedmont
Triad)

Return
Policy
Please
do not return any item without authorization code from NPS. Any
return item without proper authorization code is subject to be refused
at no expense to NPS.
Return
merchandise is permitted within 30 days of buyers receipt. Returned
merchandise must be in original condition and a 15 % restocking
fee will be charged on all items. Please allow 10-14 days for refunds.
No
refunds on special order items.

Privacy
Statement
Net
Pool Store has a policy to respect and protect the privacy of its
customers and their information that is stored with Net Pool Store.
Net Pool Store will only access and disclose information as necessary
to comply with applicable laws and government requests, to provide
the Net Pool Store Services, to operate or maintain its systems
or to protect itself or its customers.
NPS
does not release its customer information to third parties, either
electronically or by any other method. From time to time we may
send mailings about products of interest to our customers. If you
do not wish to receive mailings, just contact us by mail, phone,
or e-mail and we will remove you from our list.
NPS
supports a Customer Account feature. This feature allows customers
to check out quickly by automatically filling in forms with data
they have previously saved. This data is protected the same as all
other customer data and is not released to third parties.

NPS, we take the security of your private information seriously.
We use the latest encryption methods to insure that your personal
information and credit card data are safe all the way from your
computer to our store. You will see this security take effect as
soon as you go to the checkout area of our store. Please view our
Entrust.net seal that is licensed to our web site that enables the
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to secure communication between
web browsers and the web site.

Due
to the fact of rapidly changing price of raw materials that manufactures
and distributor encounter and many other economic developments NPS
prices are subject to change without notice. We will do our best
to maintain our prices or lower them.
